THIS IS THE ANTI-FAST MOVEMENT.
wash clothes less often, in cold water & air to dry, not only to reduce energy consumption but to prolong the lifespan of clothing.
repair the tears & mend wearable clothing before purchasing a replacement.
the most sustainable clothes cannot be bought - they are the ones we already have so revisit old pieces & reimagine new outfits.
choose local; choose handmade; choose slow-made; choose secondhand; choose ethical brands - stay informed & remember every purchase is a vote for our world.
what next?
WHAT WE WILL DO WITH ALL OF THIS POTENTIAL:
maintain the best interests of Mother Earth, our community & the environment.
adapt, transform & embrace uncertainty - ask questions, refine the process & advance our awareness.
accept the current limitations on sustainability - know that consistent effort exceeds perfection always.
